What are my shipping options?
You can choose UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, or UPS Worldwide Express as your shipping method. Additional charges may apply.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days, from the time we receive and process your order(s).
If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via email in 24-48 business hours.
Orders received on holidays and weekends are processed the next business day.
If you order items from different manufacturers you may receive separate shipments and the shipping time will vary.

Orders Shipping to Canada
All of our orders are shipped by UPS only. For international orders please email us before placing your order. Do you ship Internationally?
All of our orders are shipped by UPS . For international orders please email us before placing your order.
All items are UL listed. HID ballasts are designed for (U.S. Standard) 12C hertz operation. Operation with other voltages may be noted on the products available by special order. Please email us at support@toolszone.com with requirements.
